How weapon values are reported

Modified damage is base damage multiplied by the damage modifier. The in-game item panel displays the base-to-modified span as a damage range. Enemy attacks use the modified value before Strength and Combat scaling; arena proxies add it as the weapon contribution to action and stat damage. Standard player actions currently calculate from action damage and player stats instead of reading WeaponData. The stamina profile is the configured base stamina cost multiplied by its modifier, matching the item-detail display. Heavy is a separate loadout flag and does not replace the blunt or sharp combat class.
