  • He offers Suriya for 350 Credits. Declining does not remove the purchase option or affect Kyra’s storyline.
  • He does not sell generic companion stock; Suriya is his only featured purchase.
  • He can introduce the Chain Post Order quest, a dedicated-buyer transfer request.
  • His NPC data marks him as combat capable.

Services

Neil is a specialized contact rather than a general merchant. His implemented interaction handles Suriya’s recruitment and dedicated buyer transfers; completing his first order unlocks additional contract-ledger dialogue.

  • Chain Post Order: Neil requests any Grade C companion through the existing selection panel. The completed transfer pays the companion’s live appraisal Credits, removes them from the Vault roster, marks the player Proven Supplier, and reaches Established standing with Cross unless the player is already higher. The order has no deadline.
