Who operates this site

This website is operated by Drako Productions to provide information about Renegades Vault. The website does not offer user accounts, accept payments, or collect personal information through forms. Game downloads, memberships, community features, and payments are provided by external platforms.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the website, limited technical and usage information may be processed automatically. This may include your Internet Protocol address, approximate location derived from that address, browser and device type, operating system, pages visited, date and time of access, referring page, session information, and interactions with links on the website.

Hosting and security systems may also process server request information to deliver the website, prevent abuse, diagnose errors, and maintain security. Drako Productions does not maintain a separate copy of raw Cloudflare request logs.

Analytics and service providers

The website uses Cloudflare to deliver and protect the site. Cloudflare Web Analytics also measures page views and website performance. Cloudflare states that this analytics service does not use cookies or collect or use visitors' personal data. Learn more in the Cloudflare Web Analytics documentation.

The production website also uses Google Analytics 4 to understand traffic and improve the website. Google Analytics may process page views, referrers, approximate location, browser and device information, session information, and interactions with outbound links. Google may set first-party analytics cookies that distinguish visitors and sessions. Google states that Internet Protocol addresses are used during collection to derive location information and are discarded before they are logged in Google Analytics. These providers may process information on infrastructure located in the United States or other countries where they operate. Their handling of that information is governed by their own terms, privacy policies, and contractual safeguards.

Why this information is used

Technical and analytics information is used to deliver and secure the website, count visits, understand which pages are useful, measure referral sources and outbound links, diagnose problems, and improve site content and performance. It is not used to make decisions about individual visitors.

Retention

Cloudflare retains unsampled Web Analytics beacon data for seven days and may retain sampled aggregate statistics for longer-term reporting. Google Analytics user-level and event-level data may be retained for up to 14 months. Standard aggregated Google Analytics reports may remain available for longer. Google Analytics cookies may remain on a device for up to two years unless they are blocked or deleted sooner. Drako Productions periodically reviews analytics information and does not intentionally retain it longer than needed for the purposes described above.

No sale or targeted advertising

Drako Productions does not sell personal information. The website does not use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising and does not use third-party advertising networks.

Your choices and browser signals

You can block or delete analytics cookies through your browser settings, use a tracker-blocking extension, or use Google's Analytics opt-out tools. The website will continue to provide its main content if analytics are blocked.

Because the website does not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising, Global Privacy Control signals do not change those practices. Where applicable law requires recognition of a Global Privacy Control signal, it is treated as a request to opt out of sale or sharing. The website does not currently respond differently to Do Not Track signals because there is no generally accepted standard for those signals.

Privacy requests

To ask about the information practices described here, or to request access to or deletion of information where applicable, contact Drako Productions through the official Renegades Vault Discord server. Please send the request by direct message or through the server's private support process. Do not post personal information in a public channel. We may need enough information to understand and verify a request. Because analytics data is generally pseudonymous or aggregated, we may not be able to associate it with a Discord account or identify a specific visitor.

Age and content

Renegades Vault and its downloadable game are intended for adults who are 18 or older. The website is not directed to children under 13, and Drako Productions does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us through Discord so the issue can be reviewed.

External links

The website links to itch.io, MEGA, Patreon, Discord, and other external services. Those platforms operate independently and have their own privacy policies and terms. This policy does not govern information you provide directly to those services.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the website, analytics tools, or legal requirements change. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new last-updated date. If a change materially affects how personal information is collected, used, or shared, a prominent notice will also be posted on the website before or when the change takes effect.
